1. Sunday was the first day of spring. So they say. Ahem.
What is your favorite outdoor springtime activity? I WOULD SAY WORKING IN MY FLOWER GARDEN, I LOVE PLANTING, WATERING & CARING FOR THEM....MY NIGHTLY ROUTINE OF WATERING THEM, HAS RUBBED OFF ON CHLOE, SHE NOW INSISTS THAT SHE HELP WATER THEM...I THINK MY LOVE FOR FLOWERS HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN FROM MY GREAT-GRANDMOTHER, GRANDMA, MOM AND NOW ME....HOPE I'M DOING A GOOD JOB OF RUBBING THE FLOWER-LIKENESS OFF ON CHLOE.
2. Who would you want to come into your kitchen to cook dinner for you?
PROBABLY RACHEL RAY....I JUST LOVE HER QUIRKY ATTITUDE, AND HER FOODS LOOK SOME GOOD & YUMMY!!!
3. When did you last fly a kite? I HONESTLY CAN'T REMEMBER, BUT I DO HAVE ONE BOUGHT UP TO GIVE CHLOE IN HER EASTER BASKET...SHOULD BE FUN!!
4. What topic puts you to sleep faster than anything? HMMMMM....NOT SURE, I GUESS A BORING TV SHOW DOES, B/C WITHIN A FEW MINUTES I'M FAST ASLEEP....
5. Which flowers do you associate with specific people, places, or events?
LIGHT PINK ROSES, MY WEDDING....MUMS REMIND ME OF FUNERALS, NOT SURE OF ANY OTHERS.
6. What significant historical events took place during your elementary school days?
PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH SR. CAME THROUGH OUR SMALL TOWN ON THE TRAIN AND STOPPED TO DO A SPEECH, SCHOOLS IN OUR COUNTY CLOSED THAT DAY AND WE ALL WENT WITH OUR FAMILIES TO SEE HIM. I GOT SOME PHOTOS OF HIM AND JENNA & BARBARA (GRANDDAUGHTERS), LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT YEARS LATER HIS SON WOULD BE OUR PRESIDENT AS WELL...
7. Do you swear? Do you pseudo-swear? (You know crap, shoot, friggin'?)
I GUESS I PSEUDO SWEAR, NEVER HEARD THAT WAS WHAT IT IS CALLED....
8. Insert your own random thought here.
ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY, CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I GET OFF WORK TO SPEND SOME TIME OUTDOORS.
